Kent Thomas (Board Member - Finance)

Dustin Buckthal (COO)
Mr. Buckthal is a key component to building a world-class organization. His attention to detail and pragmatic approach to problem solving allows 3DVO to grow its business model in a financially responsible manner while maintaining an eye on the larger vision. He is responsible for the day-to-day activities of 3DVO.
Dustin’s background in mathematics and his experience in leading two start-up companies makes him ideal to grow 3DVO’s business model. Mr. Buckthal’s experience with targeted industry verticals provides in roads to early business partners, while his business acumen allows proven models to be translated into other target markets for exponential growth.
Paul Israelsen (CTO)
Mr. Israelsen has more than 25 years of experience in computer engineering and technology spinouts from university environments. He has been involved in the startup of four technology companies. Paul’s experience allows the leadership team to move forward unabashed touting the power of the unique technological combination, and how we’ve applied the technology to solve major market problems.
Paul works closely with his long time partner Dr. Pack to lead technology development and to see that R&D investments continue to produce brilliant products.
Robert T. Pack (Technology Guru)
Dr. Pack gained valuable experience leading out with two start-up companies, both operating in the geomatics market. After assigning discovered technology to Utah State University, he continued his entrepreneurial activities within the confines of the University. As a tenured professor he influenced federal government researchers to fund R&D efforts. These efforts led to the foundational technology that we’ve applied to enable the vision of all things 3D.
